Indian man offered a reduced rate on my Chase Visa. He said I had a $3500 balance-not true.

Calls all times of the day, several times a day and no one says anything

They have called my cell phone seven times in the last week. The first two times I answered but they immediately hung up on me. After that I just didn't pick up. I blocked the number on my land line and called them back from that phone. I got a recording saying "Thank you for calling back. If you are not interested in receiving future calls regarding our special promotions and would like to be placed on our Do Not Call list please press 1. Please allow up to 72 hours to have your number removed from our preferred marketing list. Thank you and have a nice day." All my phone numbers are already on the Do Not Call list. I am reporting them to the FTC.

Some how got information off the internet now saying i owe money.

This phone number KEEPS CALLING me and I never answer. They leave a 5 second voicemail with nothing on it. It is annoying and happens at least once daily on week days. How do I make it stop?
